- 100g/3½oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- dash Tabasco sauce
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
- Place the cherry tomatoes onto a baking sheet, sprinkle over the remaining ingredients and stir to coat the tomatoes.
- Place in the oven and roast for ten minutes, or until softened. Spoon into a bowl and serve as a side dish.
