Roasted Chicken Sandwich with Brie and Cranberry Chutney Recipe

  • 1 pound frozen pre-sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 Fresh Cuts™ Apple Bowl
  • container Fresh Cuts™ Celery
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup Market Pantry™ Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Combine the thawed chicken, fruit, celery, raisins, walnuts, mayonnaise and mustard in a large mixing bowl, and toss well to combine thoroughly.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper, serve chilled.
