- 1 (12 ounce) package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Cajun Style Turkey Sausage, each sausage cut into 3 pieces
- 8 small new potatoes, cut in half
- 2 ears corn on the cob, shucked, each cut into 4 pieces
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- 1/2 medium onion, cut into 4 wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- MUSTARD SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/3 cup coarse grained mustard
- 1 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar
- Heat oven to 500 degrees F. In 15×10-inch rimmed baking pan, toss turkey sausages, potatoes, corn, carrots and onion with oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until vegetables and turkey sausage are lightly browned. In small bowl, combine all mustard sauce ingredients. Serve with turkey sausages and vegetables.
