- ½ cup Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 8 ounces roast beef tenderloin, cut into strips
- 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
- ¼ sweet onion, sliced
- 8 dark lettuce leaves
- Lay each tortilla flat. Spread with horseradish sauce. Top with remaining ingredients. Roll tightly. Slice into rounds.
