Roast Beef, Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Wraps Recipe

  • 4 whole wheat or flour tortillas
  • ½ cup Creamy Horseradish Sauce
  • 8 ounces roast beef tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
  • ¼ sweet onion, sliced
  • 8 dark lettuce leaves
  1. Lay each tortilla flat. Spread with horseradish sauce. Top with remaining ingredients. Roll tightly. Slice into rounds.
