Ricotta Tartines with Spiced Marmalade and Pine Nuts Recipe

  • Rounded 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 6 tablespoons sweet orange marmalade
  • 1 cup fresh whole-milk ricotta (1/2 pound)
  • 1 (24-inch) baguette, quartered crosswise, then each quarter halved horizontally and lightly toasted
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons pine nuts, lightly toasted
