- 2 cups milk kefir
- 1 cup water kefir
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup chopped dried fruit
- 1/4 cup muesli cereal
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Mix milk kefir, water kefir, oats, walnuts, dried fruit, muesli, wheat germ, flaxseed meal, and coconut milk together in the bowl of a rice cooker. Let stand, at least 4 hours.
- Cook on the “Porridge” setting according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes.
