Rice Cooker Toddler Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

  • 2 cups milk kefir
  • 1 cup water kefir
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup chopped dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup muesli cereal
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  1. Mix milk kefir, water kefir, oats, walnuts, dried fruit, muesli, wheat germ, flaxseed meal, and coconut milk together in the bowl of a rice cooker. Let stand, at least 4 hours.
  2. Cook on the “Porridge” setting according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes.
