  • 3 bunches watercress, trimmed
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 3 limes, juiced, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon garlic oil
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
  1. Place watercress in a large bowl; top with tomatoes, onion, peanuts, lime juice, sesame seeds, garlic oil, fish sauce, and salt. Toss mixture well; let sit for flavors to blend, about 10 minutes.
