Reduced Fat Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray bottom of 9-inch springform pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar; sprinkle evenly on bottom of pan.
  2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in cocoa and flour. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
