Red Pepper Cheese Dip Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) container PHILADELPHIA Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen chives
  • RED OVAL FARMS MINI STONED WHEAT THINS Snack Crackers
  1. Mix cheeses, red peppers and chives until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  3. Serve as a dip with crackers.
