- 10 ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 lemon, quartered and seeded
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Place the ice into a blender pitcher. Add the yogurt, lemon quarters, raspberries, and honey. Cover, and blend until the mixture is smooth, or to your desired consistency. Pour into chilled glasses to serve.
