Ramen Noodle Thermos Lunch Recipe

  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package any flavor ramen noodles with seasoning packet
  • 1/4 cup julienne cut or shredded carrots
  • 6 pea pods, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fully cooked Market Pantry chicken strips OR fully cooked, Market Pantry thawed shrimp
  • 2 cups boiling water
  1. Break the noodle cake in half and place one piece in each of two wide mouthed thermos jars. Divide seasoning packet between both jars.
  2. Divide carrots, pea pods and chicken between the jars.
  3. Pour 1 cup of boiling water into each jar and seal tightly. Serve after at least 10 minutes and up to 6 hours later.
