- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet, bones removed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Mix butter, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place salmon on a piece of heavy-duty foil and pour lemon juice over the fish. Rub dill mixture all over. Seal completely in foil and bake until just cooked through, about 20 minutes.
