- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 10 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix meat, cracker crumbs and mustard until well blended.
- Pat meat mixture into 8-inch loaf pan. Bake 40 min. or until cooked through (160 degrees F).
- Spread meat loaf with ketchup; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
