Quick Barbecued Beef Sandwiches Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (26 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 12 Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse Premium White Rolls with Sesame Seeds, split and toasted
  1. Heat oil in saucepot. Add onion and cook until tender.
  2. Add soup, water, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add beef and heat through. Serve beef mixture on rolls.
