- 1 Archer Farms™ Rotisserie Chicken, skin and bones removed, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Chicken Gravy
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Chicken Broth
- 1 cup fresh julienne cut carrots
- 1 cup frozen baby peas
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 Archer Farms™ Bay Leaves
- 2 cups Market Pantry™ Baking Mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Paprika, if desired
- Stir together chicken, gravy, broth, carrots, peas, wine and bay leaves in a 5-quart Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat until stew is just simmering.
- Meanwhile, stir together baking mix and milk in a large bowl until soft dough form.
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls (about 12) over hot stew. Cover tightly and simmer 15 minutes without lifting lid. Sprinkle dumplings with paprika, if desired.
