Pull-Apart Bread Rolls Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil or parsley, crushed
  • 1 (3 pound) package frozen white roll dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Thoroughly combine Morton(R) Nature's Seasons(R) seasoning blend with herbs. Arrange 10 to 12 frozen rolls in bottom of greased 10×4 inch tube pan. Brush rolls with butter, sprinkle with 1/3 of Nature's Seasons/herb blend, then cheese. Repeat layers of rolls, butter, herb blend and cheese an additional two times. Use complete package of rolls. Cover with greased plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator; allow to rise until doubled in size about 45 to 60 minutes.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Cover top loosely with aluminum foil and continue baking 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; invert onto rack. Let stand 1 minute and gently remove pan from loaf. (If pan has removable sides, release sides first, then invert pan to remove loaf.)
