Provencal Rice Salad Recipe

  • 1 container Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice or Multi-Grain Medley
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna fish, drained
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 black olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinaigrette
  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. In a medium bowl combine rice, tuna, tomatoes, olives and vinaigrette. Serve over salad greens.
