Prego® Penne alla Fresco with Pepperidge Farm® Texas Toast Recipe

  • 16 ounces uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 (11.25 ounce) package Pepperidge Farm® Texas Toast Garlic
  • 3 cups Prego® Three Cheese Italian Sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for bread.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions in 4-quart saucepan. Drain pasta well in colander and return to saucepan.
  3. Heat sauce in 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in cream and red pepper. Reduce heat to low. Cook until sauce mixture is hot and bubbling.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare bread according to package directions.
  5. Pour sauce mixture over pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with bread.
