- 200g/7oz raw tiger prawns
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 100g/3½ oz toasted flaked almonds, crushed fine
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Pre-heat the oven 200C/400F/Gas 6
- Mix together the almonds and parsley.
- Rub the prawns with the mustard and roll in the mixture. Place on a baking tray in a single layer and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold.
