- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- Combine canola oil, beer, honey, mustard and pepper in a sealable plastic bag.
- Remove 2 tablespoons of marinade; set aside.
- Add pork to remaining marinade and squeeze bag to coat pork with marinade; seal bag.
- Let stand 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Remove chops from marinade and pat dry; discard marinade.
- Grill chops over low heat for 30 minutes or until done, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
