- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 4 carrots, scrubbed and trimmed
- 2 apples, cored
- 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 pitted dates, or to taste (optional)
- 8 cubes ice, or as needed (optional)
- Blend the bananas, carrots, apples, yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice, flax seed, salt, dates, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
