- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/4 cup dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Add ingredients to bread machine in order suggested by the manufacturer. Add enough water to make a firm dough; use less if leftover potatoes are used.
- Bake at regular bread cycle.
