Pork Chops with Apple and Onion Stuffing Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ Butter
  • 5 center cut boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 2/3 cups water
  • 1 (6 ounce) package stuffing mix
  1. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until butter melts starts to bubble. Add chops to skillet and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Remove chops and cover to keep warm.
  2. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Cook apples and onion in butter 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until onions are tender. Add water and bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix.
  3. Remove from heat. Nestle chops into stuffing and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
