Pork Chops Mexicana Recipe

  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 1/4 cups TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro or green onions
  1. Cook chops in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  2. Combine salsa, peanuts, cocoa and cinnamon; spoon over chops. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min. or until chops are no longer pink in the center and sauce is thickened, turning chops over and stirring sauce after 3 min.
  3. Sprinkle with cilantro.
