Pomegranate Martini Recipe

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored vodka
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger peach schnapps
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • lemon-lime soda
  • 1 slice fresh lime
  1. Combine ice, vodka, schnapps, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice in shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Pour into martini glass, top with a splash of chilled lemon-lime soda, and garnish glass with a slice of fresh lime.
