- 1 cup (about 3/4 of 12-ounce can) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup canned cream of coconut (such as Coco-Lopez)
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1 tablespoon grenadine
- 2 ice cubes
- Garnish: maraschino cherries
- Combine first 5 ingredients in blender and blend mixture until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with cherries.
