Pink Ambrosia Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand®)
  • 1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows (optional)
  1. Mix sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Fold cherry pie filling, pineapple, coconut, pecans, and marshmallows into the condensed milk mixture. Cover bowl and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Mix well before serving.
