- 600ml/1 pint whole milk
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- ½ lime, juice only
- 2 rings pineapple from a can, chopped (a little saved for garnish)
- Place the milk, oats, sugar and lime juice into a small saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil, stirring, then reduce the heat to simmer gently for five minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add the chopped pineapple and heat through for one minute.
- To serve, pour into a bowl and top with a little extra chopped pineapple.
