- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup 100% whey protein (fat free and lactose free)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups very ripe pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
- 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and roughly chopped
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all of the ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
