- 3/4 cup sweetened cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup white rum
- 4 cups ice
- 4 maraschino cherries
- In a blender, combine coconut cream, half-and-half, pineapple juice and rum. While blending, add ice a little at a time, until mixture is thick. Pour into 4 highball glasses, and garnish with cherries.
