Penne with Tomato, Basil and Shrimp Recipe

  • 1 (1 pound) package Safeway SELECT Verdi Penne Rigate Pasta
  • 1 (25 ounce) container Signature Soups Tuscan Tomato Basil Bisque
  • 16 ounces medium shrimp, 51-60 count, cooked
  • Primo Taglio shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat soup over medium heat until hot. Before serving, stir in shrimp and cook until heated through. Drain pasta. Return to pot. Add sauce and toss to coat. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
