Pear and Prosciutto Bruschetta Recipe

  • 1 pear, cored and diced
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 French baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1/3 pound sliced prosciutto, cut into thin strips
  1. Mix pear, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and thyme together in a bowl; set aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Spread blue cheese onto toasted baguette slices. Spoon pear mixture onto the blue cheese. Top with prosciutto.
