- 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- Combine cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Spoon into pie crust.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Place preserves in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power 20-30 seconds; stir. Spoon preserves over pie filling.
