Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
  1. Combine cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Spoon into pie crust.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Place preserves in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power 20-30 seconds; stir. Spoon preserves over pie filling.
