  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen seedless grapes
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, or regular low-fat milk
  1. Place ingredients in blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
