- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice mix
- 1 (8.5 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained and cut into 1-inch pieces
- In medium saucepan, heat butter over medium-high heat until melted. Add mushrooms and pecans; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are lightly browned and pecans are toasted; remove from pan.
- In same pan, prepare rice mix according to package directions. Stir in peaches and mushroom mixture during last 5 minutes of cooking.
