Peachy Mustard Pork Chops Recipe

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 1/3 cup honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Stir together preserves, mustard and lemon juice.
  2. Grill chops over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally and basting with sauce, just until done, 8-10 minutes total for 3/4-inch chop. Discard any leftover basting sauce.
