- 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Shortbread Pie Crust
- 1 (3 ounce) package peach flavored Jell-O® mix
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- Pour peach gelatin in a bowl, add boiling water; stir until dissolved.
- Add ice cream; stir until smooth. Fold in peaches.
- Pour into crust. Freeze until set, about 3 hours.
