Peach Parfait Pie Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Shortbread Pie Crust
  • 1 (3 ounce) package peach flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  1. Pour peach gelatin in a bowl, add boiling water; stir until dissolved.
  2. Add ice cream; stir until smooth. Fold in peaches.
  3. Pour into crust. Freeze until set, about 3 hours.
