Pea guacamole bruschetta Recipe

  • 50g/2oz frozen peas, defrosted
  • 50g/2oz soya yoghurt
  • pinch chilli flakes
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 slices crusty white bread, drizzled with olive oil and griddled both sides, to serve
  1. Place the peas, soya yoghurt, chilli flakes and seasoning into a mini blender and blitz until almost smooth.
  2. To serve, spoon into a bowl with the griddled bread on the side.
