- 1 (13.8 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Tuscan garlic and basil pasta salad
- 1 small fennel bulb, trimmed, quartered and cut in 1/4-inch thick slices
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pitted kalamata olives
- Prepare pasta salad as directed on package except–use the olive oil option for the dressing.
- Toss prepared salad with fennel, tomatoes and olives. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
