Parsley Chicken Breasts Recipe

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • Olive oil to cover chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips and lightly cover with olive oil.
  2. Mix garlic and parsley in a small bowl, then roll chicken in mixture.
  3. Cook chicken on the plancha for 6 to 7 minutes, turning frequently.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
