- 6 chicken breasts
- Olive oil to cover chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Cut chicken breasts into strips and lightly cover with olive oil.
- Mix garlic and parsley in a small bowl, then roll chicken in mixture.
- Cook chicken on the plancha for 6 to 7 minutes, turning frequently.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
