Parmesan Potato Topped Chili Recipe

  • 1 (40 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
  • 3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place chili in 2-quart baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes over chili. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and chili is hot. Sprinkle with green onion.
