Parmesan Garlic Toast Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 12 slices SARA LEE® Soft & Smooth™ Whole Grain White Bread
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder to make a thick paste. Spread Parmesan mixture onto slices of bread, and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Broil for 2 to 5 minutes, checking frequently, until toasted and bubbly.
