- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 12 slices SARA LEE® Soft & Smooth™ Whole Grain White Bread
- Preheat the broiler.
- In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder to make a thick paste. Spread Parmesan mixture onto slices of bread, and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Broil for 2 to 5 minutes, checking frequently, until toasted and bubbly.
