Parmesan-Baked Salmon Recipe

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 10 RITZ Crackers, crushed
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix mayo, cheese and pepper until well blended; set aside.
  2. Place salmon on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Drizzle evenly with lemon juice. Top with cheese mixture; spread to evenly cover salmon. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
