- 1/2 small ripe papaya, peeled and cut into chunks (1 cup)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2/3 cup guava nectar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- Salt
- Blend papaya, ice, guava nectar, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a blender until smooth. Add milk and blend well. Serve immediately.
