PAMs Creamy Artichoke-Tomato Dip Recipe

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained well
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped
  • Kangaroo® Pita Chips or sliced French bread (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 8×8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper in large bowl. Add mozzarella cheese, drained tomatoes and artichokes to bowl; stir gently to combine.
  3. Place mixture in baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with pita chips or French bread, if desired.
