Pace® Triple Pepper Papaya Shrimp Salad Recipe

  • 1 cup Pace® Triple Pepper Salsa
  • 1 papaya – peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 pound peeled cooked large shrimp
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • mixed salad greens
  1. Combine the shrimp, papaya, corn and onions in a large bowl. Add the salsa and lemon juice and toss to coat.
  2. Serve the shrimp mixture over the salad greens.
