- 1 cup Pace® Triple Pepper Salsa
- 1 papaya – peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 pound peeled cooked large shrimp
- 1 cup whole kernel corn
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- mixed salad greens
- Combine the shrimp, papaya, corn and onions in a large bowl. Add the salsa and lemon juice and toss to coat.
- Serve the shrimp mixture over the salad greens.
