- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (6 ounce) package SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 8 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix onion, peppers, oil, lime juice and cumin in 13×9-inch baking pan.
- Mix coating mix and lime peel; use to coat chops as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mixture. Place chops over vegetable mixture in baking pan.
- Bake 25 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Remove chops from pan; cut into strips. Spoon pork and vegetable mixture evenly over the tortillas: roll up. Serve topped with TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa and BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, if desired.
