Oven Lime Pork Fajitas Recipe

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 (6 ounce) package SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 8 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix onion, peppers, oil, lime juice and cumin in 13×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix coating mix and lime peel; use to coat chops as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mixture. Place chops over vegetable mixture in baking pan.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Remove chops from pan; cut into strips. Spoon pork and vegetable mixture evenly over the tortillas: roll up. Serve topped with TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa and BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, if desired.
