- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing
- 8 large taco shells, heated
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced (optional)
- Brown beef on stovetop, crumbling into small pieces; drain. Toss lettuce with Ranch. Fill each taco shell evenly with ground beef, lettuce and cheese. Top with tomatoes, if desired.
