- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cider or white wine vinegar
- Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Stir in orange juice, brown sugar, honey and vinegar. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until sauce has thickened lightly for 6-8 minutes and meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170 degrees F.
- To serve, set chicken on plates and spoon sauce on top.
