Orange Honey Glazed Chicken Recipe

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cider or white wine vinegar
  1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  2. Stir in orange juice, brown sugar, honey and vinegar. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until sauce has thickened lightly for 6-8 minutes and meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170 degrees F.
  3. To serve, set chicken on plates and spoon sauce on top.
