- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 pound sirloin strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 medium bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- Cooking spray
- Seal orange juice, wine, garlic, steak sauce, and pepper in a large zip-top plastic bag; shake to blend. Add steak and vegetables; seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes, shaking once. Meanwhile, soak four 8-inch wooden skewers in water.
- Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers. Place kebabs on a grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill about 5 minutes on each side.
